Delivery
We offer a two-man delivery service at a flat rate of £60 (mainland UK). After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. A team member will call you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery date. The day before delivery, you'll receive an accurate time slot.
Delivery Attempts
We charge an additional £50 for each subsequent delivery attempt if the fault is not ours. Please provide 5 working days' notice to postpone. Redirection fee of up to £50 applies if you change address after dispatch.
Returns
We are not responsible for property damages during delivery – it's at your discretion. Damages or expenses are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Area
Standard deliveries within UK mainland only. We do not deliver to: HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA (parts), DD, EX, TQ, PL, TR, or anywhere outside the UK.
Waiting Periods
Delivery takes 3-7 days from dispatch. Some items (e.g., certain beds) have longer waiting periods.
Beds: Vacuum fabric weekly. Blot spills – don't rub. Keep out of direct sunlight.
Mattresses: Rotate every 3 months. Use a protector. Air out weekly. Never bend or fold.
Wood: Wipe with soft dry cloth. Avoid chemicals and moisture.
Ottoman: Don't overfill. Keep mechanism clean.

Flex 200 is a popular mattress for adults as it doesn’t have any springs and is made purely of firm orthopaedic foam. This helps and supports those who find it difficult to get in and out of their bed. It is also a Hypo allergenic mattress.
You will get a good quality of sleep as this mattress will be friendly for those who suffer from dust mite allergies and have eczema. Flex 200 has also a removable cover that allows air to circulate and keep the mattress at body temperature. You can also wash the cover if need be… Most foam mattresses are delivered rolled up in a vacuum packed bag. Please allow anything up to 4hrs for Flex 200 to regain its original height and be sure to open the bag in a good ventilated room.
