Visco Memory is made with the cool touch fabric which is an innovative high-performance fabric providing an instant cooling feel to touch and offers significant other benefits such as regulating body temperature to provide better sleep environment.
The added luxurious memory foam layer is great for your back and joints as it shapes and adapts to the contours of your body. The Visco Memory has been designed by experienced craftsmen in the UK to ensure that the quality is outstanding and long lasting.
The 3D grey border has been added to Visco Memory to give it a classic design to finish off the mattress, hand tufted with a luxurious fabric.
The Visco Memory Mattress gives a Soft to Medium rating, perfect for all sleep preferences.
All of MattressRus Divan Bed Set come with the 24’ Strutted Headboard as a standard, (as shown in the image) you also have the option to upgrade to a floor standing headboard.
Drawers can be added on the same side which is ideal if you’d like to have your Divan Bed next to a wall. Or you can choose to have them either side at the end of the bed which is ideal for bedside tables.
Delivery
We offer a two-man delivery service at a flat rate of £60 (mainland UK). After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. A team member will call you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery date. The day before delivery, you'll receive an accurate time slot.
Delivery Attempts
We charge an additional £50 for each subsequent delivery attempt if the fault is not ours. Please provide 5 working days' notice to postpone. Redirection fee of up to £50 applies if you change address after dispatch.
Returns
We are not responsible for property damages during delivery – it's at your discretion. Damages or expenses are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Area
Standard deliveries within UK mainland only. We do not deliver to: HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA (parts), DD, EX, TQ, PL, TR, or anywhere outside the UK.
Waiting Periods
Delivery takes 3-7 days from dispatch. Some items (e.g., certain beds) have longer waiting periods.
Beds: Vacuum fabric weekly. Blot spills – don't rub. Keep out of direct sunlight.
Mattresses: Rotate every 3 months. Use a protector. Air out weekly. Never bend or fold.
Wood: Wipe with soft dry cloth. Avoid chemicals and moisture.
Ottoman: Don't overfill. Keep mechanism clean.
